How to use: Squeeze the desired dose onto a clean finger and place the paste under the tongue.
Dosage: Each mark on the syringe measures a dose of 0.2ml which contains 33mg of CBD. 1ml contains 165mg of CBD. Start with a grain of rice-sized measure, then increase the dose incrementally as desired. We recommend customers keep a detailed journal of their progress.
